When you write to me through the contact form, I process the details you fill in yourself: name and email, and, if you choose to add them, company, phone number, category and your message. The form is sent via the service Formspree, which forwards the message to my inbox.
The readiness test runs entirely in your own browser. Your answers are not stored and not sent anywhere, unless you choose to include the result via the contact form.
The purpose is to be able to answer your enquiry and talk about a possible collaboration. The legal basis is your consent when you send the form, and my legitimate interest in replying to you.
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookie-free and does not identify you personally. It shows me, in aggregate, how many people visit the site, which pages they read and where they come from. I set no tracking cookies, and for that reason there is no cookie banner: cookie-free statistics do not require consent.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and the contact form is handled by Formspree. Both process data on my behalf and under their own data processing agreements.
I keep your enquiry for as long as it is relevant to our dialogue, and delete it afterwards.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to the processing. Write to kontakt@peopleandai.dk. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, datatilsynet.dk.
